Modern hotel with amicable personnel on the reception desk. Marvellous and perfect location within walking distance of an iconic street. Walking distance to a grocery shop and a shopping area across the street.

Absolutely loved the proximity to killer eats like Txapela and Papizza. You can't miss out on the gyudon dishes nearby-they're a culinary delight! Plus, the breakfast spread was solid-definitely worth waking up for!

Cleaning of the room, knowing the hard work that this staff does is to be appreciated. breakfast is very complete, it has a lot of variety and above all they take intolerances into account offering gluten free products and different types of milk: normal, lactose free, skimmed and soya. In addition, there is a great coordination in the breakfast, although there are many customers always find a table or prepare it quickly, thanks also to the staff of the dining room.
The impossibility of using the elevator, there is only one for 11 floors and numerous rooms on each floor, was always busy. Every morning we had to walk up from the dining room where we had breakfast, located on the first floor, to the eighth floor, where we had our room, which was horrible. You should take into account that it is badly configured, because, it goes up loaded with people and when you press in some floor to go down it doesn't take it into account and it goes down to 0 again directly to load people again and it goes up floor by floor, so, it is always full, horrible not to be able to use it and to be all day using stairs.

this is a hotel go-to for madrid! the property is popular with amiable personnel on the reception desk. the hotel rooms are neat with an inside patio and a big balcony and a window heading to an inside patio. the atmosphere of the venue is quiet.
The bathrooms are too small.

The breakfast is delicious and complete, the location is unbeatable, mainly because of the access to the subway station; however, when we left the hotel we forgot a feather jacket and we talked to ask for it and we could not get it back.
We forgot a gray jacket from. We left Madrid but as soon as we were at the airport we noticed that the jacket was missing, we talked to the hotel, we gave the exact location of where we left the jacket and we could not recover it despite the few hours that had passed from the check out and reference and even photograph that we showed. Unfortunately, we were disappointed. For the rest, hotel has perfect location and a complete breakfast.

The excellent breakfast options were a good start to each day, with local flavors enriching my mornings. The hotel's prime location made exploring Madrid easy, although the paper-thin walls occasionally disrupted my peace. Nevertheless, I found it enjoyable overall.

The location of the hotel was excellent! All major 'must sees' were in walking distance! They gave us a good tip to go to specific flaminco bar, we saw such an amazing show!
During the week it's a bit loud at night, but that's what you get when you book an hotel in the centre of the city!
